MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE AT THIS STAGE IN OUR TRANSITION
We are a small intimate community of potentially 18 members. While memberships available are rare, we currently have one buildable lot and 2-4 other memberships opening up in the next few years.
The Litibu EcoVillage is happy to schedule a 90 minute site-visit with anyone interested to see our community and to discuss our approach to regenerative living. For those not in the area, we can set up a zoom call. We are seeking potential members intending to make Litibu their home base and are aligned with our values and vision. To this end, we have a carefully designed “membership journey process” to enable a good fit between current members and potential new members.

To set up a specific meeting time with a member, please send a request with a self-introduction that includes a statement about your interests and intentions.
“Associate Member” is another possible relationship to our Ecovillage. While theoretically this might involve residency, the realistic opportunities for this are limited. The more viable option is to live independently near our Litibu’s premises while participating in all Litibu EcoVillage activities. As transfer opportunities of LLC Memberships arise, Associates will be among the first considered. There also are very interesting embryonic ideas about a separate related community coming together to jointly develop a nearby property currently available.
