As the pioneering Community continues to age, more memberships are becoming available for the next generation of social pioneers.

This is harvest time.  The LEV is transitioning out of infrastructure development to a new time of living solutions for a regenerative world.  Those becoming new members will be part of creating the heart of a new community. 

We have a footprint of forty percent casa development and sixty percent green commons.  At this time we have six eco-friendly casa structures.  Four as single homes, one is a triplex and one is a four-plex.
